Please read our policy carefully, especially regarding international shipping and refund conditions related to exported goods.

📦 Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days only if your order has not yet shipped.

🚫 No Refunds After Shipping

Due to the nature of international export and customs processing, we are unable to provide any refund once the order has been shipped.
Once the goods are in transit, the sale is considered final.

The only exception is if the shipment fails to arrive at its destination.
We work exclusively with UPS and DHL to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

✅ Refunds If Package Is Not Delivered

If your package is lost and never delivered, you may contact us to request a refund.
We will investigate the delivery status with the courier. If non-delivery is confirmed, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.

📬 Returns (If Pre-Approved)

In rare cases where a return is authorized (e.g., refused delivery or undamaged return), the following conditions apply:

• The item must be unused and in original packaging

• Return request must be made within 30 days of purchase

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility

• We recommend using an insured and trackable courier

Returned goods must be sent to Bella Home Life in France with all costs prepaid, including shipping and any applicable French duties. ATELIER 101 reserves the right to refuse any return shipment that incurs additional charges upon delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

🎁 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you may receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate once your return is approved.
